We ensure our products are processed hygienically and packed under strict supervision in durable packaging to prevent damage during transportation and ensure a long shelf life. With agricultural production distributed across India, we have established a comprehensive collection and distribution system involving farmers, agriculturalists, traders, suppliers, brokers, and transporters.

We are associated with ETO and sterilization units recognized by the Government of India, allowing us to arrange irradiation and sterilization upon customer request, providing all available options for spice sterilization.

QUALITY METHODOLOGY

At Wemugo, our quality check process starts right from the farm. Our dedicated team visits farms across India to interact with farmers, ensuring optimal soil quality and weather conditions for new crops.

In the second stage, we carefully procure raw materials from the market or directly from farmers.

Our team of specialists handles processing, packing, and loading with vigilance to ensure no extraneous matter contaminates our cargo.

For shipping, we use third-party certification and in-house checklists to inspect every container, ensuring they meet food safety standards before transportation.

Quality is our top priority, so we regularly obtain lab tests and certifications for our cargo. We also provide weight and quality reports based on client requirements. Certifications are provided by agencies like SGS, Geo Chem, or other relevant authorities.

IDEAL LOCATION AND SOURCING 

Our processing centers are strategically located about 150 km from major ports like Mundra, Pipavav, Nhava Sheva, and Chennai. This enables us to partner with suppliers, farmers, logistics providers, clearing agents, and governmental organizations across India, ensuring we meet our customers' needs without compromising on quality, hygiene, or timeliness.
